Stefan Freeman sent us a pic of a hand holding a globe in Bet She’an, Israel. I happened to be there during this trip to Israel so I managed to get some extra pics and also see if I can find out if there was a back story to this piece – apparently not it is part of a civic art project that gets refreshed every few years.
