Cartonaut spotted this map in the San Francisco ferry building. I can’t imagine why it is there but what the heck?

Why let me help out with that.
Cowgirl Creamery located in Point Reyes Station and Petaluma California had two retail cheese stores, one in the Ferry Building in San Francisco and one in Washington D.C.
The D.C. store closed in 2013, but when you step off the ferry in S.F. and want some of the best blue cheese ever made then you’re there. The map near the entrance to their cheese shop shows the location of the ranches that provide the milk for their cheese.
The Ferry Building underwent a remarkable transformation a few years ago which focused on locally sourced produce, meat, dairy, and other food products. The permanent market stalls and regular farmer’s market there sell some of the best food in Northern California.
Thanks
