Mappery For the love of maps

Stendahl

credit: Christian Guémy,

This map in the wild comes from the French Artist Christian Guémy. I am a fan of his work on maps but also all the street art, more over his engagement. Please pay a visit to his Instagram account christianguemy

Stendhal is a 19th-century French writer. He is best known for the novels Le Rouge et le Noir and La Chartreuse de Parme. Best or worst memories for French high school students. Stendhal was born on 23 January 1783 in Grenoble. As I used to live in this city, I can’t help to recommend reading the novels and visiting the city and its surroundings.
