The final map in this series of Second World War maps is this stylish French map showing the slow progress of the Allied forces moving through Italy.

My friend Elizabeth spotted this theatre poster

The title says “Secret Commando Operation. Top Priority”. Note the jolly little boats sailing towards England with clouds of smoke coming out of their chimneys – there be monsters in them seas.
