Mappery For the love of maps

A Slightly Different Lego Globe

Ivan Sanchez shared this with me a while ago, he said

It’s built around 32 vertical strips built the same way, so it will get repetitive if you build it in one sitting.
The construction techniques are very clever (and that’s the bit that I did enjoy a lot). Fun is in the eye of the beholder, I guess.
I do have opinions about the polyhedral cartographic projection used, however.
(And there’s a review at brothers-brick.com/2022/01/18/ if you fancy reading)

You have to admire this level of dedication, it may even challenge Ken to come up with a new Lego cartoon model.
